Jump and Strength Class for Cheer (60 minutes)
In our Jump and Strength Class, students will learn the correct arm placements in their toe touches, hurdles and pike jumps. They will also master the snap down part of the jumps and land with their feet together. In addition to learning the proper technique for jumps, students will also enhance their strength and flexibility.
Flyers Class for Cheer (60 minutes)
In our Flyer class, students will work on their balance, body control, timing and flexibility. Flyers in this class will also pull body positions on stunt stands: such as Libs, Heel Stretches, Bow and Arrows, Scales, Needles, Scorpions and Arabesques.
