Our Team
Our instructors have been delivering top-notch gymnastics instruction to the Central New York Area for over 20 years. Safety is our utmost priority, and our main focus is on ensuring successful gymnastic progressions. We allow our students to move forward only when they have effectively mastered each prescribed step. Our staff makes use of valuable resources, including the USAG's Safety Certification Program, participation in training camps and clinics tailored for gymnasts and instructors, leadership workshops, and other opportunities to help them reach their full potential. We take great pride in assisting each individual in discovering, honing, and showcasing their unique talents while continuously refining and demonstrating our own.
