Ages 5 and up (Invitation Only)
Girls Advanced is taught as a 1 hour and 30 minute class consisting of advanced-level skills. The curriculum is a mix of variations of previously-learned skills, 2 or more skills connected together, as well as completely new skills. In this class, the gymnast will learn dismounts on bars as well as hanging pull overs, teeters and turns on beam, back bends, handstand forward roll, handstand to bridge, and round offs on floor, with more focus on strength and flexibility.
