Girls Hotshots

Hotshots is an invitation-only program designed for 3-5 year olds who show a particular aptitude for the sport of gymnastics. The class meets twice per week and centers on teaching proper strength, technique, and progressions for women’s gymnastics. The focus is to develop these young athletes in a fun and challenging environment with the goal of preparing them for one of our team programs.
