Ages 6 and up
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of beginner tumbling including rolls, bridges, handstands, limbers, walkovers, cartwheels, and round-offs. In addition to these skills, drills and progressions for back handsprings and round-off back handsprings will be introduced. Classes involve instruction on a spring floor and tumble track. In addition to basic tumbling, classes will also incorporate strength and flexibility.
