Ages 3-4yrs, coed (60 minutes)
Shooting Stars, our preschool-aged gymnastics program for ages 3 and 4, focuses on the development of fine and gross motor skills, playground readiness, social skills, and gymnastics skills, as well as helping to develop proprioceptive and vestibular integrations. Our specially designed gymnastics equipment is scaled for smaller hands and bodies allowing our tiniest athletes to do gymnastics “just like the big kids.” Circuits and stations assure that these active children have limited downtime and provide a safe environment for these young jumpers.
