Blaze Gymnastics Fees & Policies

Sessions

Blaze Gymnastics operates on two annual sessions:

  • Academic Session: September – June

  • Summer Session: July – August

Tuition & Billing

  • Tuition is billed monthly and charged automatically on the 1st of each month.

  • A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for enrollment.

  • Accounts must remain in good standing to participate in classes.

  • If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied.

  • Returned payments will be charged a $25 returned payment fee.

Registration Fee

  • There is an annual registration fee of $60 per student, which covers September through the end of August.

  • For registrations made after March 1st, the registration fee is discounted to $30 and remains valid through August.

  • Students enrolling only in the Summer Session are charged a $10 registration fee.

Enrollment & Cancellation

  • Enrollment is month-to-month and continues automatically unless canceled.

  • To cancel or withdraw, written notice is required at least 1 day before the start of the next month.

  • If notice is not received by this deadline, the next month’s tuition will be charged.

  • There are no refunds or credits for tuition or registration fees.

Make-Up Classes

  • Make-up classes are offered for missed classes due to absence.

  • Make-ups must be used within 60 days of the missed class.

  • Make-ups cannot be carried over to a new session.

  • Make-ups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Once a make-up is scheduled, missing that make-up still counts as using it.

  • Make-ups are not offered for:

    • Inclement weather closures

    • Unscheduled gym-wide closures

  • Once a student withdraws, all unused make-ups are forfeited.

  • Blaze Gymnastics reserves the right to limit or deny make-ups if they would affect safety or class quality.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are given for tuition or registration fees.

  • Tuition reserves a student’s spot in class, regardless of attendance.

Attendance & Supervision

  • Students are not permitted on the gym floor before or after class.

  • Parents must pick up students on time. There is no supervision outside of class time.

  • Only enrolled students are allowed on the gym floor.

  • Parents and siblings must remain in designated viewing areas at all times.

  • Blaze Gymnastics is not responsible for accidents or injuries to non-enrolled individuals.

Attire & Safety

  • No jewelry is permitted (except stud earrings).

  • Hair must be pulled back and secured.

  • Proper athletic attire is required.

  • No food, drinks (other than water), shoes, or gum are allowed on the gym floor.

Weather & Emergency Closures

  • Closures are not based on school closings.

  • If classes are canceled, announcements will be posted on:

    • Website

    • Social media

    • Local news stations (when applicable)

  • There are no refunds or make-ups for weather-related or emergency closures.

Multiple Child Discount

  • A 5% sibling discount is offered for each additional child enrolled.

  • The discount is applied to the highest tuition first.

Private Lessons

  • Private lessons may be arranged directly with a coach or through the front desk.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If notice is not given in time, the full private lesson fee will be charged.

  • Private lessons are for one student only.

  • Two-student private lessons are subject to a 50% upcharge.

  • Private lessons are not permitted for three or more students at once.
