About Blaze Gymnastics

Who We Are

Blaze Gymnastics is a 20,000-square-foot gymnastics facility located in Cicero, New York, serving families throughout Syracuse and Central New York since 2012. Each week, hundreds of children participate in our preschool, recreational, and competitive gymnastics programs, with classes and training opportunities available for athletes from 12 months through 18 years of age.

Our competitive program includes more than 120 athletes across our girls’ Development Program, Xcel, and boys’ gymnastics teams. Blaze athletes train across the full range of levels within each program, and athletes from all three teams have qualified for national competition. Over the years, Blaze has also trained several Youth Elite athletes, while numerous Blaze gymnasts have continued their careers as members of collegiate gymnastics teams.

Whether a child is taking their first gymnastics class or pursuing advanced competitive goals, Blaze provides a supportive environment, experienced coaching, and a clear pathway for continued growth in the sport.

Our Story

Since opening in 2012, Blaze Gymnastics has grown into one of Central New York’s largest and most comprehensive gymnastics programs. From toddlers taking their first class to recreational gymnasts building lifelong skills and competitive athletes pursuing state, regional, national, and collegiate opportunities, Blaze provides a pathway for children at every stage of the sport. As our program has grown, our purpose has remained the same: to create a gym where every child is challenged, supported, and encouraged to become stronger both as an athlete and as a person.
