Ages 4-5yrs (60 minutes)
Dynamos, our advanced preschool gymnastics class for ages 4 and 5, builds upon foundational skills with a greater emphasis on strength, coordination, body awareness, and beginner gymnastics technique. This high-energy class encourages independence and confidence while introducing more structured progressions on bars, beam, floor, and vault. With circuits designed to challenge growing minds and bodies, Dynamos keeps young athletes engaged as they develop agility, balance, and discipline in a supportive and fun environment. Scaled equipment and creative lesson plans help prepare students for entry into our recreational gymnastics program.
